10 High Yield Dividend Stocks to add to a Dividend Portfolio

preview_player

I started the Dividend Growth Income Portfolio about 2 months ago and I am pleased with the progress so far. We have a 2.7% yield on about $2,000 on a selection of high quality ETFs and Dividend Growth Stocks, but now I want to add one more component to this portfolio, and that is a couple higher yield dividend stocks.

Main Street, Walgreens and AT&T are my recommendations as I personally own them in my portfolio. Good luck

I have positions in LEG, INTC and T and Like VFC and WBA on the list but no current position. I recently started a position in MPW and hold LYB, EPD and ENB as well for higher yield, relatively safe plays. Appreciate the content.

Great videos! I always wait for your new releases. I’m 30 and recently started divided investing. Your channel is the best to watch for divided investing. You have a radio voice, good info, your slides grab attention and you seem genuine.

I personally own Main, JEPI, VFC and WBA and I am pretty happy with all of them. Walgreens is working to adding clinics to their stores and looking to streamline their medicine warehouses. I think they are making good moves to generate growth for the future

I own 100 shares of MAIN. Dividend every month of .225 cents. Special dividends happen each year or more frequently.
I am looking at LEG to add to my portfolio.

Thank you fit your content. It's a great Overview. Which sources do you use for your Research? What are the Pages in your Video?

Great video and solid selection. SCHD is a no brainer. Might start a position in VFC and add more to INTC and WBA. Another stock for consideration PRU

Solid video with great stocks mentioned... T is off my list as I don't see it as a growth opportunity for some time.. Likewise with Intel and no sin stocks for me... VFC is going to be an explosive stock on its recovery and a great dividend to collect on until it does...

Currently own INTC, WBA. Lately, I have been buying high dividend stocks or ETFS and then will immediately sell covered calls on them or I will sell puts on something I want. I'm just trying to create another dividend with that premium. Thank you for the video. I may pick up some KMI tomorrow and use my strategy.

I hold intel and am going to be adding more I believe in the sector and PCs are something I enjoy researching. I may look into AT&T and Main Street capital as they seem also good long term 👌🏽 great content keep it up

MAIN, WBA, and VFC are three stocks I hold - all three have upside and while you wait pay a great dividend.

This video is perfect as you are in almost the same situation I’m in. My yield is 2.6% and I was looking for a tiny bit more yield. May add TROW or UGI soon in my port. UGI is a 3.7% yield so it’s not quite 4% but maybe something worth looking into if you want more utility exposure?

I own KMI and MO. Many of the other individual stocks mentioned can be found in Proshare Aristocrats NOBL. NOBL produces around a 2.00% dividend. Lastly, I sold my T stock 5 years ago and bought TMUS after switching to T-Mobile phones. Two T-Mobile phones cost me $60/mo vs ATT at $138/mo back 5 years ago. I do not know how ATT can compete long term with TMUS, VZ and other carrier that keep popping up. Would not recommend T!!!!

Hmm, I own all except for VFC and KMI.

Cracker Barrel is an interesting one. I’ll have to look into it some more and run it through my Fast Graphs analyzer took.
