statue on June 21st from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Did I miss its, or is Shell planning on owning half the block? She says there are no adjoining land owners, but what about the homes on the south east corner? Doesnt one of them use the alley still for their garage? She says they bought it, but she pointed to a different section of the block.
