Too much cuteness! This video made me cry. I think that cat moms are some of, if not the best, moms of the animal kingdom. They are so patient and loving and they know how to give their kittens the confidence that it takes to become an adult cat. They prepare them to become capable and independent adults. I think that humans could learn a lot from them in raising their own children.

Male cats are generally pretty gentle to their own kittens. And when living in captivity i.e. not feral, they're generally pretty gentle to kittens who were not sired by them too.
