I've met her twice, both times briefly after shows for the most recent album (which is fantastic live, by the way). She's *devastatingly* pretty in person. Absolutely gorgeous, even at the end of a tour after a two hour show, with little make up on and what looks like no sleep for a week.

The coolest thing about her? How kind and humble she is. She really pours out her heart to her fans, and it shows. Hence why I was able to kiss her on the cheek with her husband standing right next to me. :p
