Our Story: Carolina BalloonFest Documentary

An award-winning documentary, directed by Peter Kulsziski of Sand Dollar Productions and produced by David Comer of From Generation to Generation, tells the history of the festival and the people who made it possible.

My first time attending the Carolina Balloon Fest was back in 2007 when they had a guy from California harnessed to a cluster of giant helium-filled balloons launch next to the BB&T hare balloon Saturday PM.

Was at the very first one in Love Valley back when there was only one tettered balloon. Pops flu a Stearman Bi Plane and was intrerested in a balloon flying for real. Guess there were about 20 others there at the first Rally!

please do so restock on car parking, I’m planning this year & I go Tomorrow I leave at 3am to travel 3 hours to there, it’s a waste of time if it’s not restocked by now & it would be a disappointment. I spent well over 500$ on stuff I needed to take to go there, if it’s not restocked by now i will be disappointed on wasting stuff for nothing.
