true about heels. Christy, please be a pioneer for this movement. Heels are the most ridiculous concept for walking ever. I too stopped wearing heels years ago and won't really go back, but especially not on an everyday basis like I, and most other women do. It's a joke on women and very detrimental to your feet and spine. Instead, just opt for flat shoes. You can still find cutte, fashionable, flat, comfortable shoes; I do.
