With the support of her boyfriend, Yasir Salem, Gweneviere found she could tackle the challenges her condition threw her way—and a few more.

My brother suffered massive head trauma in a car accident and was afflicted by short term memory, PTSD, and almost complete memory loss of anything before the accident. Your story gives me so much hope because even 6 years after his accident he still has memory issues on day to day basis.

Needless to say, this animation made me weep like a baby.

my father suffered from a horrible head injury which cost him his short term memory. I would be his address and telephone book or remind him how to get to places. he called me his girl Friday. hes better now and I'm glad I'm happy that she has a bf who loves her and supports her. it makes all the difference
