Cop had the car towed for having the wrong or expired plates on. Yes, he pulled them over for the plate cover, but when they ran the plates they found more than just that.

Either way, the tow truck driver should know better than to do that to a car. Either use skids or get the key and take it out of park.

Also check where the tow truck driver installed the chains to see if he damaged the frame by dragging in on to the truck sometimes the frame where they hook up will bend or bow out making them responsible for repairs or replacement also

I'm assuming it was for a plate cover? But if you were taking the plate cover off why did they still tow the car? And why were they talking about a search warrant all the sudden? So many unanswered questions about this video
