Fix League of Legends Error Sorry We've detected a problem with your installation We Will Now Attempt To Repair The Affected Files
Step 1) Uncheck compatibility mode from the game exe file
Step 2) Turn off the NVidia overlay in the GeForce experience app in settings
Step 3) Uncheck "Run this program in compatibility mode" from League of Legends,LeagueClient,LeagueClientUx, LeagueClientUxRender & RiotClientServices exe
Step 4) Check Administrator in League of Legends,LeagueClient,LeagueClientUx, LeagueClientUxRender & RiotClientServices exe
Step 5) Uninstall game using revo uninstaller & then reinstall the game

If you still have this issue like I did. I have had this issue for over a month, I reinstalled league, checked properties multiple times, contacted riot suppor to have them tell me to do stuff I have not done yet, without success.

However, after over a month of struggling getting into game, I tried to make a new user on my laptop (Microsoft) and it worked like a charm. So just try that and just play on that user from now on. No idea what the reason for this trouble is, probably vanguard tbh. But this worked perfectly for me after many many many tries of sorting it out the "right" way.
