I love Jason after hearing there is going to be a fight over the bone at 34:30 quickly and discretely secures the knife.

Played it like a true rogue.

Since my surgery I have binge watched nearly all your stuff, even stuff I had already seen. Reminds me of hanging with my friends. Keep up the awesome show.

This guest is really cool! He's such a pro but doesn't insist on doing it his way, he's just like "yeah if you like it that way, do it that way. Just find your own mojo". Love it when professionals aren't arrogant tools

"But dad, what if they don't want Medium rare?"

"We ask them politely yet firmly to leave"

When you click on a 45 minute video to watch 1 or 2 minutes and then 45 minutes later you wish there was more.

I always love listening to an expert that's passionate about his area of expertise. Another incredible video, guys.

Only Modern Rogue would need to specify Cooking Steak (Without thermite.)

Sometimes I think that I could be a vegetarian and then I watch this video and realize it's impossible

I love how Kent just puts up with their shit long enough to give a polite reply and then start talking about the next subject.

My favorite thing is when MR brings on guests, and they are completely unprepared to deal with Brian's and Jason's shit

This poor guy lol, he's trying so hard to make it like a real cooking show and you two are just cracking up, it's hilarious. Good content guys, would love to see more with this Butcher, he is great!

See, I saw how long this video was and thought "I'm probably not going to watch all of it but I'll have a look at the first few minutes" and lo, it's 45 minutes later, all I did was watch three people cook steak, but I enjoyed, (like really *enjoyed*) every second of it.

11:44 the poor guy just doesn't know how he ended up with these two. xD I just love those moments where Brian totally loses it!
