Welcome to our midweek fixture! We're going to be trying to upload on a Wednesday as well from now on with something a bit different.

We're looking to bring you some Non-League challenges each week purely for the fun of it. Kicking things off with our friends at Carshalton Athletic taking on the famous Crossbar Challenge.

We've filmed plenty of these for Soccer AM over the years and thought it's about time the Non-League teams had a go!
