HYVA brand underbody tipping cylinders are the optimal solution used in two- and three-way tippers. They are chiefly used in small and medium size truck bodies mounted on two- and three-axle chassis. Their compact structure makes it possible to adapt them on the truck sub-frame as well as on a trailer. Their main advantage as compared to those offered by our competitors is their high quality, durable workmanship and the ease of their installation. The cylinders have been designed to enable work under extremely harsh conditions. Fully chromium-plated cylinders provide effective protection against corrosion, which markedly prolongs their lifetime. Due to their high versatility, the cylinders can be mounted on trailers with a load-bearing capacity of 12 to 35 tons. Another advantage of HYVA cylinders is their optimised design, thanks to which they occupy very little space. This considerably facilitates their mounting and minimises the need to adapt the chassis and the sub-frame. For safety reasons, every cylinder is equipped with a three-way cradle, special hinges and a tipping angle limiter which is mounted on the cradle. The dedicated cradle ensures optimal operation, reducing lateral forces acting on the cylinder. The sealing of the cylinder mounted on the cradle and the tipping angle limiter are protected against mechanical damage.
