I purchased a brand-new Haier solar hybrid AC, but it has not been working properly since installation. Haier's policy does not allow returns. The company installed the AC five days after my purchase, and it still did not function correctly. After three days, technicians were sent to fix it, but they could not diagnose the problem. Another day passed before another technician arrived, but the AC is still not cooling.

To make matters worse, Haier's employees have been using abusive language and behaving rudely. The customer service and company policies are highly unsatisfactory. As a multinational company, I expected much better from Haier. I am extremely disappointed with their product and service. Please, do not purchase this AC; it has been a disaster.
