I personally think its brilliant that Citadel are getting sued for their wrongdoings, however, its important to remember that huge lawsuits don't take 5/10 minutes to resolve, they take 5/10/15 years!!

I also worry as to whether this lawsuit will be taken seriously due to the sheer number of spelling and gramatical errors in the lawsuit.

I need to read the document however a quick observation: insure and ensure are both common usage words - They are similar and often incorrectly transposed. It may be the correct usage.

Ensure- verb
make certain that (something) shall occur or be the case.

Insure - verb
secure or protect someone against (a possible contingency).

Not the first time they get sued. Justice as we think and want it, simply does not get delivered.
