The Winged Hussar is a unit of the Poles and Lithuanians in Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Dawn of the Dukes. It is an upgrade to Light Cavalry which works as a better but more expensive Hussar upgrade (+100 food and +200 gold).

The Hussar is a light cavalry unit in Age of Empires II: The Conquerors that can be trained at the Stable once the Imperial Age is reached. They are quick, have decent pierce armor and high Line of Sight as well as an innate resistance to conversion and an attack bonus against Monks.

Still wish they got their own heavy cav version, but they're still very useful.

Now completely, The winged hussar is no a trash, is more MORE better than a hussar, What happen if you made 200 crussader knight vs 200 Cataphrac. Or you can made 200-500 crussader knight vs 10.000 militia.

They're so good you can't even call the Winged Hussar a light cav at this point, they became medium cav of sorts.

Wow. I expected it to be a relatively balanced fight with the Winged Hussar having a slight edge. How wrong was I :X
