on the Ethiopians crisis: - For the sake of imaginary comparison, think of a minority group rises in the USA, lets pick any minority nationality, say African Americans, or Hispanics or Asian Americans. It really doesn't matter but imagine a minority group. This group rebels and starts an armed conflict when the country is in an ideological chaos and while the dominant establishment is in an internal disarray. The minority group seizes the chance and succeeds to grab federal power after 17 years of fighting. Through cruel insane subjugation methods this group controls all aspect of the US society, finance, politics, education, culture, language, military, the whole nine yards. For 27 years the group maims, kills, tortures everyone who are not part of it and who dare to speak or write against it, while it advances its own identity to impose it on the country. At the end, those who have enough, band together and cause a Tsunami of political changes and suddenly, out of the blue, this minority group finds itself out of central power. The group then goes back to its region and regroups and prepares for 3 years, but because it lacks enough heavy war machinery one day sends thousands of its combatants and loots several federal military bases killing huge number of unsuspecting federal troops, while at it, commits genocide unseen since Rwanda killing civilian members of the majority group. The shocked federal government sends troops to the minority group's region and start the enforcement of rule of law.
