For people who like tomatoes, but dont want them making the bread soggy af, slice em, put em on a paper towel, salt em lightly on both sides.

Give it 10 to 20 minutes, like half the waters gonna be gone AND itll taste waaaay more like a tomato should

People dont know to salt or season their tomato, otherwise its gonna taste like water and turn your sandwich into soup

Last point. Do bread > mayo > tomato > bacon > lettuce > mayo > bread. Any water in the tomato isnt gonna go into the bread, itll mix with the mayo and the bacon grease, basically making a new sauce. Its my favorite thing about a BLT, nothin better 🤌🤌🤌

We tomato folks take offense. Tomatoes do not make your sandwich soggy, if you know how to put the sandwich together.
You put the mayo on, then a slice of lettuce, then your tomato. The lettuce blocks the tomato from juicing up your bread.
Same goes for other slice of bread. Mayo, lettuce, then your bacon.
Put it together. Nothing soggy about it. Tomato people unite!😅

Tomatoes don't make your bread soggy if you use mayo on the bread. The mayo is a layer of fat that prevents the moisture from getting through to the bread.
