It was shocking to hear his mother claim that she would be involved in her grandchild's life, especially when she was never there for his. It's a major slap in the face to her son, and it's good that Karamo addressed it. Hopefully, he and the mother of his child can work out a co-parenting arrangement, and he'll actually be present in his daughter's life. Absent parents are always a disappointment, and there's no excuse for either the mother's or son's absence.

Not to be rude but he definitely has a genetic condition and it can be likely that he is the reason the daughter was born with trisomy 21. I highly recommend genetic testing when a couple is thinking of having a baby or at the start of a pregnancy.
