Making ladder pattern damascus without using dies by cutting and grinding the steel to create the pattern then forging it out flat. We will go through the steps of making the billet by forge welding a starting stack of alternating layers of 1084 and 15n20 and building the layer count to 240 layers. Then we will cut in the pattern and forge it out to our final billet. #ladderdamascus #ladderpattern
