With everything that has happened in the past 2 years, a lot of people are very fragile and vulnerable. The media pushes so much fear which creates huge emotions and then people get addicted to these emotions without even realising it.
I am well aware that I too have been in this state and fall back into it now and then. For those of us that are very sensitive to emotions and others energies, we have to protect ourselves the best we can. With Kali Yuga at full force and more and more religions, cults and scientists playing with dark energy, focusing on a healthy relationship with life is primordial for our survival.

It is a pity that our society, our families, our tribe are now so broken. I had a potential spiritual awakening 30 years ago and my family and friends were next to useless to me - treating me as a depressed mental case, rather than someone going through a dark night of the soul.
