Why am I just now noticing the remixed hints of the Amalgamate theme...which foreshadowed Flowey’s origin and connection to Alphys’ secret lab and experiments. I love the attention to detail that this 6 year old game adds to every nook and cranny

I'm a firm believer in the NarraChara theory, because I just really like the mental image of them floating behind Frisk, an unseen ghostly presence as always. But instead of their usual reserved narration, they are more than happy to yell at the top of their lungs "FLOWEY'S DEFENSE DROPPED TO ZERO!" to let Frisk know that now is a time to strike more than ever. It must have been a strange moment for them, cheering for humans and rooting against what they could assume to be a monster, but it wasn't about their own hatred and love anymore, it was about saving the world, human and monster alike.
And even though we never hear Frisk's voice, I believe with all my heart, that they, just like me when I first managed to fight back against him, yelled "I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU!". What a masterpiece of a song.

5:25 this has to be the best part of the song for me, all of that hell you just endured and its like you've just achieved the ultimate power at your disposal as the souls surround you in a circle and they give you both life and encouragement as the Sonic boss battle music starts playing basically telling you that this is it, Flowey cant beat you and no one can, this is all you.

I like how flowey goes from doing smth like "ow, that totally hurt!" To "OW!!" as in, going from mockingly saying it tl actually feeling pain
