One correction: the Razr+ does not have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which was built by Samsung and prone to all kinds of overheating issues. It instead has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 which was built by TSMC, and is right up there with the newest 8 Gen 2. In day to day usage, it would be extremely tough to notice the difference. It's not concerning at all— the 8+ Gen 1 is a phenomenal chip, and I'm assuming that's what helps this phone slip under the $1000 range. It's actually a brilliant move by Motorola, and it finally creates some very real competition to Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip line.

I just purchased mine on the Motorola website. Was 50 dollars cheaper plus a free pair of Bose earbuds. Not a bad deal.

I love this phone I've had it now for two months. Almost everyday I find something new. But be careful it is delicate. So get a case. I have the plus. But it's closer to around $1200 if you include everything. Insurance all of it . But I can't tell you how many people start asking questions when Iuse this out in public people are surprised they still make flip phones. It may not be as powerful as a iPhone but it has a lot of advantages over it.

im definitely upgrading to this next month, I love my Samsung z flip 3 but Samsungs change in warranty for the z flips is absolutely disgusting so even though my flip has survived 2 years, I refuse to buy the flip 5 when they now flat out refuse to fix any faults caused by a faulty device and not user carelessness.

Watching this on my Edge 30 Fusion Viva Magenta color, nice Video Kate, showing some features of the phone as well. I think both the models will work well, I don't see any reason for people but buying either of them if someone likes foldable phones.

ill buy WHEN AND IF they make it dust and waterproof. I had terrible experiences with 1st gen model with dust sand dirt getting in the hinge even after being extremely careful.
