For the non-dynamic box surrounding the text, you can also use the "tcircle" command, which I think is the same thing.

When I select text placed using MText, it changes the text and makes it hard to read. This is something new that’s happening. Wondering how to change that.

how can i change the color of the hatch inside the block without exploding the blocks

Better to make your background darker or black because it seems not visible specially you are using light colors😊
