Andrew is the surname, Myfanwy is a traditional welsh female first name. Myfanwy Andrew, died in April 2012 aged 81 (MOT expired on the Colt in 2012 so it was probably her car). She had two children Gareth and Marion and at the time her husband was also still alive, he was 85 back in 2012 so I suspect that he lived at the property alone for a period and given his age he has probably also since passed. No idea why nothing has been done with the property as their daughter still lives in Wales.

Great find guys i know you don't take things from the Places you find but i won't have been tempted to take the golly book and I know people don't like them now and you can't seem to buy any of these gollys these days but i have a collection that i have had for years and i wouldn't part with them i allso have some of the golly badges that you got for saving the gollys from the Robinson jam when i was a kid i think its a shame that people think they are racist now because they were not they were in all the story books back in the day. Surprising amount of stuff left there considering its falling apart well done guys i really enjoy these old places.

I saw i another explorer do a paranormal bit at this place and it is haunted .

Probably the owner didn't have any children, or leave a will. Solicitors haven't found any known living relatives to inherit it. My home was empty for 4 yrs, before I moved in, as it took over 3 yrs to trace a very distant relative.
