Your videos have been very helpful to me in the past. Just ordered the Blower Motor/Resistor combo set from your Ebay store. Keep it up guys. Your really helping us out here.

You may want to check the blower motor resistor and also the blower motor to see if there's power to them. If the blower motor resistor is bad, it would cause the heat not to come on for you.

Thank you, worked like a charm. And it is not always the resistor that causes the fan not to work in all speeds, sometimes it is the blower fan motor.

Used this Video to help me diagnose and repair my fried Blower Motor in a 2007 Dodge 1500 SLT.

After replacing the fuses, and testing the switch--I knew that it had to be a mechanical issue from the motor or the resister.

I took a chance by getting the motor first, repaired it in 10 minutes with a power drill and T20 torque screw tip. Easy Fix. Great Vid. Thanks a bunch.

Edit: Hint-the back right screw (2 o'clock) can be hard to access with a power screwdriver/drill. If capable, use your elbow to push back the floor board to gain more room… it'll take some body weight or arm strength to maintain this hold while you work. Good Luck

What about if the air flow has weakened drastically? Is the also blower motor going out. It operates in all levels just can’t feel the air. I can barely feel it hitting my hands in the wheel. It feels cool but again the air flow is restricted. The vent at the hood/windshield looks clear and I don’t have a cabin filter for this year, so I’ve been told. Please heat AZ heat is here @115 and my 2yo is sweating in the back. Thank you for your videos you’ve helped me a lot in the past. ❤

Update: I removed the blower to check for debris, I found a piece of plastic stuck in there. Put fan back in, vibration is gone, but speed setting three is still weak. I'm guessing bad resistor. Your video was very helpful. Thanks

I'd like to add that you should double check the fuse at the end and not the beginning because people will replace the fuse and it will work for a while but that fuse blew for a reason and you don't need an electrical fire
