I graduated 3rd in my class, my certificate 3 in carpentry class. After dropping out of college twice, and failing a brick and mortar business. Now I am a full stack blockchain engineer at *redacted* doing pretty well for myself

It's so true. I've worked with so many ordinary people that are great developers. No super exclusive degrees, half didn't even have degrees, most used to have ordinary jobs like retail and sales, and became great developers.

I still would recommend learning some computer science basics regardless of whether you work in web2 or web3 - it will help you to overcome impostor syndrome you may experience due to lack of formal education. Also, it will make you a better engineer and easier to pass the interviews. GL to everyone attempting
