Outliers: The story of success by Malcolm Gladwell

When we take a look at the most successful people out there, we often think that those are so talented, so gifted, so lucky to be where they are. We dream sometimes to be in their shoes, thinking that we are unfortunately not that lucky or not good enough for it.
But what really stands behind success? Which factors enable it, contribute to it, how and why it happens so that a particular person becomes extremely successful?
My personal understanding of the nature of success has shifted after reading the "Outliers - The story of success" by Malcolm Gladwell and I hope that after watching this video you are gonna have just as much inspiration as I had after reading. As it turns out, with enough effort and a bit luck, everything is possible.
