Clouds & Lightning Beginner Oil Painting Tutorial - Daughter surprises Mother with this Gift

Colors : Phthalo Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Midnight Black, & Titanium White

Tools : 1" & 2" Brushes, 2 Fan Brushes (Size : Whatever works best for you), Palette Knife, Script Liner Brush

Canvas Prep : I took a 16x20" black Canvas from Michael's out of the 5 pack and put it on my easel. When it came time to paint this scene, I applied Bob Ross Liquid Clear to the entire canvas and then wiped the excess off with paper towel, & applied Blue and crimson randomly across the canvas. I showed you every thing else on screen

I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who could match my energy!... It’s nice to you. So it is 4:30 AM and I haven’t slept yet because I’m not happy with anything I have done in the past 2 weeks…so I have a question for you - I’m a beginner the techniques you’re using with oils can I use with acrylic I’m thinking I can but it may be with a retarder in it so it stays wet?
