Version 5.0 is set to go live on August 28th, but before that, HoYoverse will conduct a Special Program on August 16th to reveal upcoming content. During the livestream, the developers will reveal three exclusive redeem codes worth 300 primogems and other in-game resources. However, you need to use these codes as soon as possible because they expire after 16 hours.

Moving on: This Special Program will be special and different from other livestreams, as the developers will be hosting this Special Program and not the chibi characters. The Chinese announcement said that this Special Program will last for 1 hour and 45 minutes, which will be the longest livestream to date, so you can expect to see a ton of information and some music performances as well.

Moving on to the banners: The 5.0 banners are looking way too good at the moment, as Mualani and Kazuha are expected to appear in phase one. Whereas in phase two, Kinich and Raiden Shogun are expected to appear, along with the latest 4-star character Kachina. Mualani is a 5-star Hydro Catalyst character, and she's going to be an on-field DPS unit. On the other hand, Kinich is a 5-star Dendro Claymore user, and he will also be an on-field DPS unit. During the livestream, we will get to see Mualani's and Kinich's official kits and gameplay, as well as Kachina's, so make sure you don't miss the livestream.

Moving on to the events: The main event of 5.0 is called Traces of Artistry, and we will get 1000 primogems and a free 4-star catalyst weapon for Mualani, along with a Crown of Insight and some other level-up materials. Other than the main event, we will get 3 mini-events as well, and all of these events are new.
