I was wondering if you could address the difference between posting to your IG page every day, versus posting to stories every day.

Often times it is not possible to post every day, such as if you are an artist making new artworks, you’re probably not going to have a new painting done every single day. I find it challenging to even post two artworks per week.

But I was hoping that if I post stuff to my stories every day then that would also count for something in the IG algorithm. Is that true? Or are posts the only thing that IG really cares about?
