OMGosh! I have just got hired to do a catch up on a business that has 3 locations and uses JE for their sales from each location which is very time consuming. This will be a life saver and time saver. I sure do appreciate ALL your helpful videos.

I've tried the Import Data feature now that it has rolled out. Annoying to disable account numbers before importing. It also gives errors on accounts I pulled directly from the Account List report. The Spreadsheet Sync function is absolutely fantastic though. Thank you for making me aware and the tutorial! My team is very excited about the discovery of a new tool.

My data spreadsheet uses ACCOUNT NUMBERS rather than ACCOUNT NAMES. Will QBO be able to pull the transaction in using Account Numbers? And once you do the mapping, will the mapping save or do I need to Map each time I import a file.

I have access to the JE import function, but the class heading is not showing up for me, even when I use the sample .csv file. Any workarounds on this that you know of? I'm assuming they're still ironing out all of the bugs.

My Journal Entry in QuickBooks uses ACCOUNT NUMBERS and tabbing includes number and names. Even when I disable account numbers QBO gives errors on accounts. I tried without disabling account numbers and including in the csv file account numbers and names and same result. NO LUCK. I'll try Spreadsheet Sync next. Any advise?

The import data works only for small entries. The large JE import won't work though. I'm assuming this is a glitch and hope it will be fixed.
Edit: A work around is the spreadsheet sync option. It told me my spreadsheet had non numeric values producing an error. I was able to sync.

Do we able to check Reconcile date on QBD ? Like I am done with December 2023 reconciliation and I need to check February 2023 reconciliation date when I did it ? so is it possible to check date on QBD ?
