That Temple Guard + Cohort of Huatl blob is no joke. Few melee setups are gonna be able to deal with that. Blast away from range.

Lizardmen are one of the only factions that can actually slug it out (pun intended) with Nurgle, and that feels so great to see. I just think that if you're going to go with a wide, infantry based build like this, you *have* to bring a Warshrine of Nurgle, either on the Lord or in reserve. It builds up super quickly and has enough armor to ignore most of the Lizardmen shooting, especially since furies are so good at shutting down Salamanders and Razordons.

Those artillery dinos were very high value they both shot over half their ammo, not including melee grind.

The tankiness of rot beast lord tho, he tanked a shit ton of dmg and did not die, you can see him heal caped at like halfpoint

Not seen Stegadons in play for a while yet, but they seemed to be pretty useful here. That being said it didn't seem like there was a lot that could really kill them in the Nurgle build, I'm guessing Heisenburg anticipated more skinks and lighter troops that his units could deal with fairly easily.

Lizardmen are so cool. I just painted a Carnosaur for tabletop, but what I really love is the Slann model.

I think there were two reasons that nurgle took that fight there. one to get the tripple cap while the lizardmen were blobbed off the point and two because letting the stegadons have free shots into the army would have cost too much on their tools with the sorcerer and the plague ogres. he could have protected them behind the trees but then the blob could just move into the back point.
