My mind is blowing up. First of all, the diamond was formed 1 billion years ago under the surface of the Earth. Now, that's a lot of history. Then came the owners who were pretty much popular names in the history. I could just stare at it all day, thinking about the pre-history, and onwards. And imagine it in the possession of Kings and Queens.

To those of you saying you wouldn't buy it because of the curse, it's estimated value is around $200-350 million. The curse is the least of your problems.

I think it should be returned to the nation of people where it was originally found. We don't have to own everything!

I didn't say that but do you think that if anyone sold it, they would use the money to help starving children? I just saw on tv that there are people trying to cut food stamps to those starving children! They certainly wouldn't see a penny of that money. At least now, the museum can keep there doors open to educate those children and give them hope for their future and I'm not a "Bro".
