Di ata match yung comparison dahil sa price palang almost double na. Dapat sa regular matepad 11.5 version lang na tig 18, 999 kinumpara yung poco pad.

Hi, does the matepad have a desktop mode like Samsung Dex?

i have the Huawei because of the real matte display. no screen protector can compete with a real matte screen. oh and btw...an apple user in the EU would need to spend 129.000 php to get a matte ipad screen (only available for ipad pro 1-2tb version + an extra 8100php) huawei = insane value

The matepad is almost twice the price of the poco pad. It's priced at 14999 not 16999, that's quite overpriced.

Most reviewers often dismiss displays as long as it looks like it's "up to standard" with the modern trends.

The *display* is the most important aspect of a smartphone/tablet. It's what people use to interact with the computer.

It should be a standard that reviewers should test the contrast of a device using an LCD display—which can effectively and simply be tested by playing movies or videos that have a dark, hard to see setting. With this, we can easily know whether a display is fit of media consumption or not based on the amount of detail we can see in the shadows/darker areas and highlights.

And reviewers should use an Oled/Amoled Panel as a reference for these tests, or a top-end LCD display.

My recommended contrast ratio for movie watchers who are looking for a tablet within their budget is 1.5k : 1 (for LCDs). Anything below that, and you *WILL* notice muddy shadows, poor blacks, and horrendous highlights. You will barely see anything in the darker and brighter parts of a video/movie. Believe me, I used a tablet like that too.

Modern, cheaper Huawei tablets and phones that use an LCD display have mediocre contrast ratios. However, the Matepad 11.5 S is rated with 1.5k to 1 contrast ratio, and the older 10.8 has an even higher 1.8k to 1. The regular Huawei matepad 11.5 (2023) only has around 1k to 1.
