I enjoyed this interview so much, I don't understand why this kind of content is not as promoted by YouTube as much as tons of trash videos I get recommended every day with millions of views and likes, definitely a view into the internet's society... Anyways, thanks for this video, it was amazing to hear about Alexander's journey and I hope you keep this going because it helps me and I learn a little bit from each of them.

Stoicism helps keep me sober everyday! Going on 2 years now! The program teaches stoicism, once I figured that out, and was able to change the way I think. Staying sober and living life got easier! Thanks for all you do! I love your videos and daily emails!

Love it, great conversation. Learnt a lot, in-fact my first video on stoicism and I’m very interested in the topic. I’m gonna learn more, read books on it and try to practice it on daily basis.
P.s. it feels good to know Bjorn Ironside is also struggling with life like u r.

Dealing with one’s self is very difficult. I burn a lot of calories trying to keep the wheels on the track.

Addiction is not a disease its a behavioral issue so yeah thinking differently helps with it. That does not work with real illnesses. Cant think your M.S away. Too long have trauma responses been viewed as illnesses.
