I wish presenters who don't speak English as their native language would just stick to the language that they're comfortable in and not painfully struggle with the language that's supposed to make things more comprehensive. There's no need to go out of your way and speak a language if you don't feel at ease in it. That would also make for a better presentation in terms of body language. Events by Xiaomi are something to take note of.

I know that no one wants to tell the chairman that his English sucks and he is not the best person to represent his products. He is another reason why companies are held back ..leaders who's ego is in the way of moving forward.
