The Latest Russian submarine has successfully launched a Kalibr cruise missile from the Sea of Japan at a target more than 1,000 kilometres (621 miles) away, located at a Russian training ground onshore.

This is such BS, Moscow is pretty straight about the issue. They dont want US missiles 3-7minutes from Moscow. The USA is a long way from home, I am sure they would not want Russian missiles close to California for example. The USA needs to reduce its arms build up and see how RUssia and NATO negotiate. Its not like USA cannot come in an support NATO should there be an altercation. SHould Ukraine be accepted into the EU then they need to do so without the NATO missile shield as it is a direct threat to Moscow.
