As a DIY'er, I struggled with the install and there are 2 points I explain that will help you get a smooth and successful install.
1. Note that the instructions photos are not clear as to where and how the fans are placed and secured on the exterior refrigerator cover.
2. DO NOT use the 2-sided tape they provide, buy your own roll of thick black 3m tape. The ones provided will not secure well. Clean surface well before sticking.
3. Cut your power wire short to allow for at least 2' for easy servicing.
4. Move your thermostat bulb to a point where the fan does not run 24/7, being too close to the evaporator.
