I like the short story collections in your top ten. I love short stories, and I think they are a great way to begin wring trying to master them before you start novels.

Lord of a Shattered Land was one of my favourite reads of the year. A book of essentially short stories is so hard to pull off, but the author does it perfectly. A great read. Iron Prince is a banger of a book also.

2024 was easily my best reading year in a very long time, but also, the best year for me irl in a very long time. I'm amazed I read as much as I did, considering I put more time and effort into weight loss than reading.

Loving the comic book style action words! I feel like I'm kid again, racing home to watch the Adam West Batman re-runs lol.

Dandelion Wine was my 2024 BOTY. I know I mentioned in on the discord as a wish list sequel, but I'm seriously considering taking a swing at it. It's going to be a ways off while I work on my craft, but man it has been sitting with me since I said it. I can't imagine writing something like that right now, but hopefully some day I can. Definitely a life goal though!

Anyway, awesome list! Can't wait to get to the rest of them!
