I've been watching for awhile.. And waiting to make my own business starting from the ground up.. Watching you gave me the confidence to produce my own small scale farm which I've just been wanting to grow food and learn how to grow it but just getting there is my only thing transitioning from meaning moving from people that are not into doing anything is the deal.. I've got a group plan but just getting rid of negative influence is the deal.. until then things will be moving slow.. I'm just holding myself back.

We do events, including farm-to-table and cider pressing, and we host a preschool (education) which are on this list. We plan to add cooking classes, either independently of the CSA or as a value add to it.

We also have a "farm-focused" B&B that provides some cash flow -- I am not sure if that is an additional category or not.

I hope to have my micro-farm running by next season, I am just getting starting with microgreens. It's funny how things work out, I actually discovered this channel through John Kohler, and I am even in the same city as Curtis.
