The Doors - You're Lost, Little Girl [Mono Version]

"You're Lost, Little Girl", track two from the Doors' second album, "Strange Days". Taken from a U.S. first pressing mono LP, this one sounds very much like a fold-down as it's rumored to be. All I know is the bass off the top, while a tad compressed, sounds richer and fuller than I've ever heard on any other reissue, and that alone makes it worth a listen. My good friend Mark Tresack loved The Doors, he was born before his time...he rode a 1200 super glide Harley, in the 8th grade, Mark is gone today, and truly missed, but his favorite group, song and friends live on, thanks to Mark (The Dancing Bear) Tresack for sharing this great song and your life with us...1970...

One of the lesser known Doors songs that didnt make it onto the Greatest Hits CDs, real shame because the instrument work is gorgeous in this song, not to mention Morrison’s low vocal

Great sound quality. I do hear that the bass is fuller than the stereo vinyl and CD/DVD Audio re-issue.
