WHO I AM:

I got my entrepreneurial start in the world of real estate investing around 2011. I flipped hundreds of houses and purchased dozens of rental properties. I then started a coaching business and helped hundreds of clients buy their first rental properties. After 5 years of coaching investors, I fell in love with the coaching and education industry and started helping clients start coaching and consulting businesses of their own.

I live in Colorado with my wife, Carleigh, daughter (Everley) and our two golden retrievers. I like to drink good coffee and beer. I like to practice mixed martial arts, play video games, do parkour, and goof off with my friends.

Is it worth the hassle of hiring a developer to build a custom website for you? I’m sure it’ll cost an arm and a leg but perhaps in the long run it’s worth it? Kajabi looks to be pricy (rightfully so)

Use as few subscription-based plugins and tools as possible. That's my advice as a pro. Otherwise, in the end you both wind up with a clunky site AND wind up paying what itd cost you to just hire a good raw coder in the end. At the same time, dont hire firms that use these tools or u might as well just get a couple good interns/students to do it, get the same result bc using the same DIY tools, and spend the savings on SEM, PPC and ad space.
