Great warm-up routine! 🎶 Focusing on jaw tension release, chewing and humming exercises, and the yawn technique for resonance is spot-on. The tongue stretches are a valuable addition too. 🌟 This comprehensive approach helps prevent strain and ensures a relaxed, flexible voice. Start by releasing jaw and neck tension, then use exercises like pretending to chew gum while humming, yawning to open the throat, and tongue stretches. Finish with lip trills to smooth register transitions. 🎵👏

I just finished this exercise and my tongue hurts. Under the jaw too. Is that supposed to happen?
