Making the Nuka Cola Quartz from the official Fallout cookbook!
The beginning of the video shows making the Nuka Quartz soda syrup and then you mix the syrup with the seltzer water at the end.
Very simple ingredients: Sugar, water, vanilla bean, vanilla extract, heavy cream and seltzer water!
