After running the command python manage.py runserver, its working as same as your's in the cmd prompt.
but, after i click that 127.0.0.1:8000 ip adress, its not showing Django Successfull in the browser, instead, it is giving this below error

"This site can’t be reached"
127.0.0.1 refused to connect.
