Push to legalize medical marijuana in NC

Some lawmakers are again making a push to legalize medical marijuana in North Carolina. Virginia recently legalized marijuana.

This bill is a big step. But they need to add anxiety and stress as a dehabilitating condition ASAP! Veterans who suffer from ptsd at this bills current stature will not grant access to many individuals outside of the current measure. They did add a panel of people to add more possible conditions in the future. But that won’t help the end of the black market. It will only increase problems and divide care. On behalf of all patients who will not be qualified for a medical card. I hope that they fix this!

Marijuana should have been legal the moment Harry Anslinger died in the 70's. The illegal status of cannabis has been a racist and economic measure illegally put into place since the 1930's.

Yes! About time! Its ridiculous that cops are against it just because they have no way to do a field sobriety test for it.
