And people wonder why I don't trust a huge majority of doctors. I politely listen to what they want me to do, then I jump into researching alternative ways to deal with my issues. Thankfully, Dr. Osborne is one of the good doctors! Thank you, Sir!!

Isn't caffeine also a diuretic?
Should we expect the same effects from caffeine?

Makes total sense. My mom was on Furisemide but I gave her B Complex, B12, B1, Minerals and a Multi…No doctor tested her B1. I had to do my own research

Good info to know. I've never taken prescribed diuretics myself. Thanks doc!
By the way, love the catchy phrase "pharma harma" - nice one!

I’m taking spironolactone for my skin. I’m planning on weaning off of it next month. My doctor never told me it alters testosterone levels and she has not offered to test my mineral or vitamin levels. I take a vitamin b complex 50mcg but I’m not sure how often to take it because it always turns my urine bright yellow, which makes me think I’m taking too much. I take it once a week right now.
