This is the first for me, being the first to click like. Your timing and content are awesome. Thank you. Coincidentally your timing couldn't be better, given I have a meeting to discuss such a prototype development board today.
In a previous video, you recommended an STM32 microcontroller noting advantages including using the same IDE programming structure.
Would this tutorial be applicable if you just switched out the AYmega328P with an STM32?

If you allow me to give a suggestion, I think you can improve signal return paths by placing ground vias next to signal vias. Since you placed ground planes at both sides of the PCB you already provided defined signal return paths for traces that do not change layer. But this is broken for traces that go through vias. As said you can improve this by placing a ground via next to every signal via
