So the New River Gorge once saw home veteran steamers like C&0 614, N&W1218, and NKP 765, as well as outsiders from the midwest like PM 1225, and MIL 261? Why did Conrail stop the exercusions after 1994, if they weren't split up until 1999? And more importantly, why can't either CSX or NS look into starting up those exercusions again?
