Sirena Italian Style Tuna Pita Pockets

Ingredients
1 heaped tablespoon olive tapande
1 medium tomato, roughly diced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pita pocket, cut in half
1 x 95 g can SIRENA CHILLI TUNA
handful washed rocket leaves, roughly chopped
Method
1. Preheat a sandwich press.
2. In a small bowl mix together the olive tapande and diced tomato. Season to taste with
salt and pepper.
3. Divide the Sirena tuna between the 2 pitta halves and top with the olive mix and rocket.
4. Carefully place the filled pitta into the sandwich press and lightly toast, making sure the
filling does not fall out.
5. Serve warm.
